Dr. Hans-Jürgen Ruhl to speak at the 14th Health Law Day 2024 of the Wettbewerbszentrale

Danckelmann partner Dr. Hans-Jürgen Ruhl will once again be giving a lecture at the Health Law Day of the Zentrale zur Bekämpfung unlauteren Wettbewerbs Frankfurt am Main e. V. (Wettbewerbszentrale). This year, he will present his “Update on competition law in the healthcare sector”. Under this heading, he will talk about current court decisions based on breaches of professional duties by doctors or breaches of the Therapeutic Products Advertising Act, which can also be regarded as breaches of competition law (UWG).
