Excellent ratings for DANCKELMANN UND KERST once again in the 2014/2015 edition of the JUVE Handbook (“JUVE Handbuch”)

DANCKELMANN UND KERST was once again highly rated in the 2014/2015 edition of the JUVE Handbook of German Commercial Law Firms (“JUVE Handbuch Wirtschaftskanzleien”). As in past years, DANCKELMANN UND KERST can continue to boast that it is ranked in the top category on the list of leading German law firms in competition law.

According to Juve, DANCKELMANN UND KERST is one of the frequently recommended law firms in competition law, due to its continuous presence in proceedings for notable clients. DANCKELMANN UND KERST is also said to be active in trademark law, where, according to the handbook, it counsels mainly medium-sized clients, in contrast to its competition law practice.
