DANCKELMANN UND KERST has once again been very highly rated in the current issue of the JUVE Handbook of German Commercial Law Firms for 2016/2017 (“JUVE Handbuch Wirtschaftskanzleien”).

In fact, DANCKELMANN UND KERST managed to keep its ranking while still in the top category of the list of leading German law firms in unfair competition law. According to JUVE, DANCKELMANN UND KERST is a frequently recommended firm in unfair competition law and firmly established in the market. Furthermore, JUVE confirms that DANCKELMANN UND KERST is also active in trademark law and assists also medium-sized clients in this area. JUVE specifically mentions litigation as a particular strength of DANCKELMANN UND KERST.
