Coming soon: Conferences of the Wettbewerbszentrale with Dr. Ruhl and Dr. Isele as speakers

In the second half of the year 2019, the Wettbewerbszentrale will offer several conferences featuring the Danckelmann partners Dr. Ruhl and Dr. Isele as speakers. These conferences will be dealing with the latest developments in competition law. As part of this year's Herbstseminar (02.09.2019 Hamburg, 03.09.2019 Berlin, 05.09.2019 Frankfurt, 10.09.2019 Cologne, 11.09.2019 Munich) attorney Dr. Ruhl will report on the current court decisions on misleading advertising as well as on comparison and evaluation platforms. Furthermore, he will present current court decisions in food law (health claims, misleading and LMV) and competition law. Attorney Dr. Isele will appear as speaker at the seminar "Online Marketing und seine Grenzen" (17.09.2019 Cologne, 21.10.2019 Berlin, 24.10.2019 Munich). He will highlight the legal conditions for the most common online marketing tools (such as search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and website or online shop marketing). Furthermore, attorney Dr. Ruhl will participate in the 10th Gesundheitsrechtstag of the Wettbewerbszentrale (08.11.2019, Frankfurt). The topic of his speech will be: „Muss es immer Gold sein? - Der Beweis "gesicherter wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnis" im Wettbewerbsprozess".
