The now Frankfurt-based law firm DANCKELMANN UND KERST Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB was originally founded in Berlin in the 1920s by Dr. Bernhard Danckelmann, co-founder of the standard commentary on the German Civil Code (BGB) known today under the name “Grüneberg” and the “Neue Juristische Wochenschrift”, and has enjoyed many years of success in a number of different areas of commercial law.
