Against the background of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Law, which has come into effect on 1 April 2016, it is pointed out that interested visitors can reach the online European Dispute Settlement by the following link: www.ec.euro-pa.eu/consumers/odr. It is expressly pointed out that the firm of “DANCKELMANN UND KERST Rechtsanwälte und Notare” does not conclude an online service contract within the meaning of Article 4 (1) (E) of the ODR Regulation.

 

Against the background of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Law, which has come into effect on 1 April 2016, it is also pointed out that interested visitors can reach the arbitration office of the lawyer's office by means of the following link: http://www.s-d-r.org/. It is expressly pointed out that the firm of “DANCKELMANN UND KERST Rechtsanwälte und Notare” has so far not participated in the conciliation procedure, does not currently participate and will not do so in the future. The firm of “DANCKELMANN UND KERST Rechtsanwälte und Notare” will not agree to take part in a dispute settlement procedure.
